Last Updated: May 1, 2026Welcome to Tartari! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tartari's integrated software and hardware services.
By accessing our stations or using our software, we assume you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use Tartari if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Important: Tartari maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding hardware vandalism. Physical damage to any Tartari Print station will result in full legal action to recover costs of repair, replacement, and lost revenue.
Definitions

"Service"
Refers to the combined software infrastructure and physical print stations provided by Tartari.

"User" or "Customer"
Refers specifically to individuals who access Tartari Print stations for the sole purpose of printing and collecting documents.
Integrated Service Provision
Tartari provides a holistic solution consisting of both software interfaces and physical hardware (Stations).

Our Responsibility
We handle the maintenance, connectivity, and operational software of each station.

Service Basis
The Service is provided "as-is," though we strive for maximum uptime for both the digital dashboard and physical hardware.
User Conduct & Hardware Protection
Users are granted access to Tartari Print stations for printing and collection only. Any interaction beyond the intended scope of the user interface is strictly prohibited.

Station Integrity
You must not attempt to open, dismantle, or modify any part of a physical Tartari Print station.

Malicious Activity
You must not transmit malware via document upload or attempt to bypass the station's security software.

Damage & Liability
If a User causes physical damage to a Tartari station — whether through intentional misuse, force, or negligence — Tartari will pursue full legal action to recover the costs of repair, replacement, and lost revenue.
Limitation of Liability
While we provide the hardware and software combined, Tartari, we shall not be held liable for:

Any loss or damage to documents left at a station after printing.

Stored Prints getting auto released after a set period shown in the dashboard.

Indirect or consequential damages arising from a station being temporarily out of service (e.g. ink depletion or mechanical jams).

Issues arising from the content of the documents processed by the User.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Tartari and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the software and the proprietary design of the hardware stations. All rights are reserved. You may access this from Tartari for your own personal use only, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Tartari's application dashboard or physical station displays could include technical or typographical errors. Tartari does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the Service or hardware specifications at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Users submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes, including those involving property damage or breach of service.
